Guide
A good order for learning the tables
Many children find the 2, 5 and 10 tables easiest, because they follow counting patterns they already know. The 3, 4 and 11 tables usually come next, then 6, 9 and 12, with 7 and 8 last. There is no single right order, so follow your child's curriculum if it sets one.
Once a table is quick, mix it with the ones already learned: choose All tables and Easy or Medium difficulty.
Make the division facts too
Every times table has matching division facts. Switch the topic to Division and keep the same table: 28 ÷ 4, 32 ÷ 4 and so on. Practising both together helps the facts stick.

Frequently asked questions
Are the questions in order or mixed up?
Mixed up. Each sheet shuffles the 1–12 multiples and writes some as 4 × 7 and some as 7 × 4, so the child has to recall the fact rather than count along.
Can I print large numbers for younger children?
Yes. Print size Large gives bigger numbers and more space; it is the default on this page.
Can each child get a different sheet for the same table?
Yes. Press 5 different versions, or give each child a different sheet number.
